About project

  • The initial application requirements were crafted to oversee the factory's raw materials stocks by implementing a barcode system. To maintain a seamless production of goods, it was essential to accurately track the real-time inventory levels for each raw material type, relying on employee reports of consumption.
  • The subsequent stage in the application's development was to provide support to the acquisitions department by estimating the future need of raw materials, based on the current orders and the production workflow. To achieve this, we integrated the orders and pricing module and established a reporting system to monitor the current status of orders in production.
  • As a natural progression, the application was enhanced to enable customers to track the status of their orders and access estimated delivery dates. Additionally, it provided various production reports and statistics.
  • Once the management, sales and production departments recognized the advantages of implementing an integrated ERP system and the simplicity of adding new modules and features to the application, we established a long-term partnership.This partnership involved developing on request a range of valuable features, interfaces, and reports for both existing and newly introduced company processes.
