Codern Venture SRL is aware of the importance of your data and respects the right to the protection of personal data that it processes, for all individuals interacting with the company - as per EU Regulation No.679/2016 ("GDPR"). This privacy policy covers both personal data that comes to us through the website www.codern.eu, through any other electronic methods of communication (social media), and data collected outside the electronic environment (such as by phone or in physical format), including information received through our partners (such as recruitment / HR firms).

3. How do we process your personal data?

Our web hosting provider, Google, will have access to this data. The servers on which this data is stored are located within the European Union or are part of privacyshield.gov, guaranteeing the handling of personal data according to GDPR.

Storage duration:

We do not store data from cookies. These files are stored on your browser and you can delete them whenever you want. The information to which we have access for a defined duration (38 months) contains statistical data about the traffic on our website, from people who give access to analytics cookies and we can only access it through Google Analytics.

Automatic decision-making and profiling

We do not do any automatic profiling and we do not make decisions as a result of automatic profiling of processed data. However, external analytics and reporting services (Google Analytics) may use your data for complex automated profiling processes. To avoid this situation, we recommend that you disable cookies directly from your browser or browse the Internet in the 'incognito' mode offered by your browser.

As a potential customer or person who contacts us

When you choose to write us a message via the contact form on our website, you provide us with certain personal data about yourself. We need this information to be able to contact you and provide you with the most specific and comprehensive response possible.

Categories of processed data, the basis and purpose of their processing:

Contact details and content of messages (name, surname, email address, phone number, message content). We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest to sell our services and to respond to your queries or questions. The purpose of processing this data is to communicate to the public, to respond as efficiently as possible to your requests, and to initiate business relations.

Right to erasure of data or "Right to be forgotten". You may request the deletion of your personal data, and we are obliged to comply with this request in cases where such data is not necessary for the purposes for which we process your personal data, where you withdraw your consent on which the processing of your personal data is based, or where there is no other legal basis for its processing.

Right to restrict processing. You may request restriction of the processing of personal data. In this case, we will not delete your personal data but we will stop processing them.

Right to data portability. Individuals have the possibility to transfer their personal data from one controller to another or to request it for their own use.

Right to object. You can object to the processing of personal data for purposes such as direct marketing or other purposes based on the legitimate interest of the controller such as profiling.

The right not to be subject to an automated decision of a significant nature. You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that could have significant legal effects or that could affect you in a significant way.

What should your data access request include?

It is important to ensure that requests come from you as this will reduce personal data security risks. For this reason please contact us with the same email you have used to communicate with us before. In some cases, we will ask for more information in order to identify you. The personal data you provide to us for this purpose will only be used for verifying your identity and will not be kept longer than necessary for this operation.

You also have the right to refer to the supervisory authority (ANSPDCP - http://www.dataprotection.ro/) regarding the way your personal data is processed by SC Codern Venture SRL.

5. Privacy policy changes

According to the GDPR, all data subjects have the following rights:

Any changes to the privacy policy will result in the publication of a new version of the policy. If we make major changes to our privacy policy, you will be notified once you access our website.
